After receiving his Architecture degree from The Cooper Union, Peter Pawlak began his decade of architecture career at the Gwathmey Siegel Architects, now the Gwathmey Siegel Kaufman Architects. During the time he took part in a variety of award winning residences alongside Charles Gwathmey (1938-2009), son of a painter and photographer coming from New York school of five and is credited with the introduction of modern houses in Long Island Hamptons area is a great influence to Peter Pawlak’s modern design.
Peter’s warm and elegant taste in interior decorating softens the masculine line of architecture after leaving Gwathmey Seigel. Leading Peter Pawlak Design Studio into elegant, clean modernism, appreciated by his client for more than another decade.
